My son and I went on the Kobe Sake tour with Mami and Hiro as our hostesses. We had an amazing time visiting the breweries, learning the history of sake making in Nada, and of course, sampling the sake! It was a fun and educational experience that we would not have managed to do ourselves - especially since we managed to visit four breweries on our tour. Fantastic all the way around! Kampai!!!

Thank you so much to Etsuko. She was a wonderful guide for both the castle and sake! Very friendly and knowledgeable. We were especially lucky to come while the Sakura (cherry blossom) were blooming. We would highly recommend Etsuko for small groups.

Tour was wonderful - a great way to try several different types of sake from incredible local brewers. Yuko was fantastic - she is very knowledgeable and enthusiastic about sake and the local area. Her recommendations were spot-on, including her restaurant recommendation for post-tour dinner. My only critiques were that we didn't get enough time at each brewery, mainly because we had to be at one tour at a specific time, and also that the last stop (Nadagogo Sakedokoro) was closed for a private event. Otherwise, it was a great introduction to local sake.

What a lovely afternoon we had! Hiro was delightful and engaging. I’m really glad I booked this tour, it has been the highlight of my Osaka trip. Thank you so much, I have already sent this recommendation onto a friend who is visiting in a couple of weeks.

I researched a number of options for a sake brewery tour while in Japan on a cruise to various ports. I picked this one and I'm so glad I did! Hiroko-san was a gem of a guide, she was very sweet and nice, and has a great personality that really comes through as well. She was very knowledgeable about the four breweries we visited over our afternoon with her and we learned so much both from her and from the museums inside the breweries we visited. Of course we tasted quite a bit of sake which was very fun and we even had a stop for some tasty tofu to try with hot sake, which was delicious. I cannot recommend this tour or our guide Hiroko-san highly enough. "Hero", many thanks for a great afternoon! We had an exceptional tour with our guide Sumile! She showed us the cultural diversity of Kobe, accompanied us to the Japanese Immigration Museum, where I was able to gain valuable information about my ancestors, and also took us to an amazing restaurant to enjoy Kobe beef. We had lunch at Kobe Beef Kisshokichi, where Chef Chiharu prepared a delicious meal! Sumile was very friendly and fun, answered all our questions, and made the tour feel light and enjoyable. Kobe is unique and unforgettable, and the guided tour enriched our experience even more! Arigatou gozaimasu, Sumile!

The Kobe tour was amazing!! We learned so much about the town and got a beautiful scenic view at the end of the walking tour. We finished with some delicious food including Kobe beef cooked Teppanyaki style. Sumile was an amazing guide and we really enjoyed talking with her along the tour and learning more about Japanese culture. She has a wealth of information to share with you and is the sweetest person!! Highly recommend taking this tour, if you are not planning to stay in Kobe it is an easy day trip from Osaka.

It was an amazing experience. visiting Kobe from the USA, Sumile (our tour host) was knowledgeable and had a passion for the city. We learnt about the cultures, religions and tried amazing Sakes and ofcourse topped it off with a Kobe beef lunch. I reccomend it if you are looking for a day tour of Kobe.
