Description
This set contains three bottles of delicious, local Hida alcohol. Tatara no Kaze (Junmai Ginjo Sake) and Tatara no Mai (Dry Junmai Ginjo Sake) are both made with special sake rice grown in the Hida region of Shimane Prefecture. Tatara no Shizuku is a shochu made from sake lees. As each drink contains refined and delicious flavors, this set can be enjoyed with satisfaction by even the most discerning of connoisseurs. - Tatara no Kaze (Junmai Ginjo Sake): This is the first local sake produced in collaboration with Yoshida Shuzo, a long-established sake brewery in Hirose, Yasugi City. It has a clear aroma and is slightly fruity and sweet in taste. - Tatara no Kaze (Dry Junmai Ginjo Sake): This dry sake has a fruity aroma and is full of flavor. Its dryness is refreshing and pleasant. - Tatara no Shizuku (Shochu): A new type of distilled spirit with a ginjo aroma. This drink pairs well with lemon or lime. Contents: 720ml bottle x 3
