Description
Inaniwa Udon 200g x 9 With a long legacy, Inaniwa udon is one of the three most famous udon noodles in Japan, notable for its firm texture and chewiness. Inaniwa udon has been a specialty of Yuzawa City, Akita Prefecture for about 400 years. In the 1700s, the wheat-producing villagers would present their feudal lord with the udon as an offering, and it has even been delivered to the Imperial Household Agency after the Meiji era in Japan (1868-1912). Tomiya Shoten's Inaniwa udon in particular has been commended for its smoothness. Packaged in an elegant yet understated box, this set of Inaniwa udon makes for a luxurious gift that’s fit for an emperor. The shelf life is up to 730 days, depending on shipping timing. For personal consumption, Tomiya Shoten also offers a lineup of special packages, which are more economical. See their producer page for more products.
