Description
Inaniwa udon 200g x 4 Diluted noodle soup 20ml x 16 A lovely set of Inaniwa udon noodles and soup base, these specialty noodles from Yuzawa City in Akita Prefecture can be enjoyed from anywhere in the world, and make a wonderful gift. Inaniwa udon is one of the three most famous udon noodles in Japan, characterized by their chewiness and firm texture. Made with high-quality wheat from Akita in northern Japan, Inaniwa udon was just as highly-prized hundreds of years ago as it is today; so much so that it was used as an offering to the feudal lord of Inaniwa back in the mid-1700s. Tomiya Shoten has been making their original Inaniwa udon since the late Showa period; their noodles are praised by their customers for their chewy and smooth texture. This packaged box set comes with dipping sauce, so it is ready to eat as soon as the noodles have been boiled. Dilute the sauce with hot or cold water to taste, enjoying it in any season. The shelf life for the udon is up to 730 days (varies slightly depending on shipping timing). The soup base is good for up to 1 year. Tomiya Shoten offers an array of Inaniwa udon varieties.
