Our nine year old is very shy and Sakura san approached her with patience and after a while she felt comfortable. We’re so glad that we did this and recommend the class wholeheartedly. What a lovely experience making Udon noodles. Chef Chinki was most welcoming and clearly explained every step. She is very passionate about cooking with the best possible fresh ingredients to accompany the udon noodles. Many of them were new to me. Thank you for sharing your skills.

An absolutely wonderful experience. Chef Yoshi and Amo are excellent hosts and teachers. The food was great, and the chef’s broth is the best I’ve ever had. My son said this was his favorite part of the trip. I absolutely recommend their class. I can’t wait to make ramen and gyoza at home!

We recently did a sushi-making class here as a work team-building activity, and it was such a fantastic experience. The restaurant’s incredible history and traditional atmosphere made the whole event feel really special. The staff were welcoming, patient, and made the class both fun and informative, even for complete beginners. We learned a lot about sushi preparation, ingredients, and technique while also enjoying plenty of laughs as a team. The sushi itself was absolutely delicious and incredibly fresh. It was the perfect balance of hands-on activity, cultural experience, and amazing food. Highly recommend for corporate team events or anyone looking for a unique experience in a beautiful historic setting.
