Great cooking class with Yoshi! A great experience to have during a trip to Tokyo. We made ramen and gyoza, everything was fun and well explained, and the result was delicious! Thanks to Yoshi, who was very kind and helpful with all our questions. Highly recommended :)

Our cooking class with Midori was absolutely fantastic and a truly unique experience! She was so warm and welcoming and took care of all our wishes. We learned so much about Japanese cooking, had a wonderful time in her kitchen, and the food was delicious. This was one of the highlights of our trip to Kyoto. Thank you so much, Midori! We had a fantastic time at the ramen cooking class with Yoshi and Amo in Tokyo! Both hosts were incredibly friendly and welcoming. The class felt authentic and was a great experience. We made the ramen noodles and delicious dumplings from scratch, while learning about the preparation of traditional ramen broth, which takes around 12 hours to cook. It was fun, informative, and a real highlight of our trip. Highly recommended!

Super fun class. Very hands on experience and the instructors were very fun. They made the experience enjoyable and went through the process step by step. And the ramen and gyoza were both really good. All four of us in our party left very full. Definitely recommend this class.

What a fantastic experience, this was the highlight of our trip to Japan 🇯🇵 . Starting with the warm welcome which we received from Yoshi and the amazing class providing us such clear instructions ending in a wonderful meal. We now have the skills to make ramen 🍜 and gyoza 🥟 when we arrived home!

Yoshi-san and Amo-san are simply great! 2 hours of quiet time and learning how ramen and gyoza are made, in a quiet suburb of Tokyo. We learned a bit of history behind ramen and gyoza while getting the opportunity to make it ourselves. This hands-on experience is great, even for people like me who rarely enjoy cooking. We also had a quick, fun competition (no spoilers here!). The broth was the only thing prepared since it takes hours upon hours to make. But other than that we made basically everything else from scratch. AND, we got to eat our delicious creations at the end! TOTEMO OISHIKATTA-DESU! DEFINITELY RECOMMEND

Our host was very Kind and we had a lot of fun! Accomodation for Vegan and Vegetarian eating were no problem and our host spoke good english, so it was easy to learn not only about cooking but about japanese food in General. Some parts of the meal like the broth were already prepared because they take a long time to make, but our host explained in detail how he did it so that we are now confident that we can try it at home. Thank you so much for the great experience!

We had such a great time learning how to make vegetarian gyoza and ramen. Kaori-San, our instructor was SO lovely! She welcomed us in, she made everything clear and simple - and made our dishes look as good as they tasted. We’re so glad we had this experience
