Charming and a lot of fun. Pablo's English was excellent, and he was personable and knowledgeable. I'd hoped to learn more about the growing of coffee, rather than the production, but I'm not sorry I did this.

I loved learning about preparing a quality cup of coffee. That included using a French Press, a Chemex, and a traditional pot. I loved trying different varieties of coffee to see how different the tastes can be. It was so much fun, and I learned a lot in a short time. Juan was a great, patient teacher that made the event so cool.
