In this unique, behind-the-scenes tour, you will be guided by one of our knowledgeable staff around the distillery floor, where we make our multi-award-winning Three Cuts Gin, Vodka, and Whiskies. During this immersive, sensory experience, you will learn all aspects of the distilling process, getting up close and personal to where all the magic happens.

Following the tour, you will be guided through a tasting of all of our core spirits (please note: whiskies are patiently aging and due for release in mid-2024), learning exactly what goes into our amazing spirits and how best to enjoy them. After the tour, feel free to stay and try one of our signature cocktails. 

Infants and small children can ride in a pram or stroller

Spirit Tasting (Alcoholic beverages will be served only to 18 years old and above)

Your guide will meet you at our Cellar Door and take you through a comprehensive behind the scenes tour of the Distillery followed by a guided tasting of our multi-award winning Three Cuts Gins and Vodka (please note: our whiskies are patiently ageing and due for release mid-2024).
