To make everything even better, the lesson will be held by a professional chef who will teach us how to make fresh pasta from the raw material to teaching us the various methods for cooking and seasoning it, all done in a professional cooking laboratory. The lesson will take place in approximately 2-3 hours and in the first phase we will be taught how to make the pasta dough, two types of dough will be made, the classic egg pasta and the typical Sicilian durum wheat dough which will be used to make : - Tagliatelle. - Stuffed pasta. - Maltagliati.
