My husband and I took the Hopscotch Travel 4 Day Whiskey trip to Islay and it was one of the best trips we have ever taken. From the moment Stewart picked us up at our hotel in Edinburgh on Monday morning until he dropped us off at our hotel in Glasgow everything was taken care of for us. Our trip to Islay, which was a birthday present for my husband was an outstanding time. Michael Mason, our guide for the trip, was exceptional and treated us as if we were long lost family. The Island is truly magical . The rolling hills, the bogs and wild heather, the friendliness of people, the islands history and of course the whiskey. We had an amazing time being driven around the stunning Islay scenery by Michael. We loved learning so much about the iconic distilleries around the island as well as staying in top notch accommodation.
