Step 500 years back in time. Explore five interconnected "calados" (caves) hand-carved into the rock. This award-winning labyrinth (Best Of Wine Tourism in Architecture) reveals the ancient origins of Rioja winemaking.
3. Ancestral Traditions
See the original concrete vats where we still produce wine using 16th-century techniques. Discover a living legacy preserved by our family for four generations.
4. Premium Tasting & Local Flavors
Conclude your journey with a guided tasting of 4 estate wines (including 1 exclusive Premium wine). We’ll pair them with a selection of authentic Riojan cured meats (chorizo and salchichón) in the heart of our historic cellars.
