The experience continues with a deep dive into Valpolicella wines, exploring how the land shapes Valpolicella Classico, Ripasso, and Amarone, with grapes shown at different stages from harvest to drying. Next, challenge your senses in the interactive aroma room, where you’ll try to recognize the key notes found in each wine. Passing beneath the historic barrel, you’ll enter the aging room, where wines rest in large casks and the “appassimento” process takes place, surrounded by an impressive full-wall historical mural unique to this winery. The experience ends in the tasting room, where expert sommeliers guide you through a tasting of four wines. Depending on your choice, you will taste either bold Valpolicella reds up to Amarone Riserva, or fresh, elegant white wines from Lake Garda.
