I'll offer an aperitif with toasted almonds, make arancine and eat them together with a nice glass of prosecco. Then I'll offer a coffee and an almond cake
We will meet at my house and put the aprons we will begin to prepare the risotto and the various fillings for the arancine and then assemble the arancine.
Ready we fry them in hot oil and eat them with a nice glass of prosecco
