We will stop by Mario owner of a small stall where we can drink a delicious espresso or cappuccino or even better a coffee cremino (a real delight I always Recommendation) or drink a fresh orange juice and pomegranate squeezed in front of us in the historic stall of 3 generations by brothers Luca and Fabio or taste some fresh fruit and some almond biscuits

Complete menu from appetizer to dessert cooked together with wine and water at the meal
We will begin our experience early in the morning by meeting at "Porta Carini", the gateway to one of the most famous markets in the city, the Capo. We will go down the alleys of the market, full of merchandise, and here we will buy everything we need to create the menu you have chosen together. Among the stalls full of goods, between colors and voices you will have the impression of being in one of the souks of any Muslim city. Visiting a Palermo market is a multicultural experience, they fully express the multifaceted and cosmopolitan culture of Palermo. After our purchases, we will go to my home, which is located a few minutes from Piazza Politeama. Here our experience will continue with the preparation of the dishes. Under my supervision my kitchen will become the scenario of your culinary creations. Sicilian cuisine, considered among the most creative and scenographic in the world, is closely connected to the historical, cultural and religious events of the island. From the appetizer to the dessert I will tell you the origin and history of each dish, and this will be a reason for comparison and exchange between our cultures.

Best cooking class ever
This was a wonderful experience. Marco was awesome. Took us to a fabulous market and decided what to cook. Then went back to his home where he did a fantastic job teaching us how to cook what we bought. I would highly recommend this class!!!!!

FANTASTIC Cooking Class
Marco is the best Chef!!! We had so much fun with him and learned so many new cooking skills. It was fantastic and we would absolutely recommend this cooking class. We cooked Arancina, then pasta alla norma, swordfish rolls and Cannoli. Ist was so tasty. Thank you Marco.

Best Class in 20 years
We have been going to Italy for 20 years, and even lives in Italy for a year, and Marco's class was simply the best of many that we have been to during that time frame. We made arracina, pasta alla norma, sword fish balls that were out of this world, and canolli. His english is fantastic, and sense of humor better. Wine was flowing, instructions superb, and he is so welcoming. We learned so much. Loved experience and the entire day.

Uniquely different!
Marco is generous with sharing his culinary secrets and I enjoyed the market tour. Watching him interact live with the vendors. He also asks for our preference instead of following a strict menu of dishes. Very flexible. Suggest you have a bit of breakfast as lunch is served at about 1400h
