Authentic Moroccan Cooking Class with a Local Chef in Marrakech

Welcome to Najla's cooking class, where you will learn everything you need to know about Moroccan cooking. Najla will walk you through the cooking process step by step, teaching you her personal cooking technique and showing you her unique selection of herbs and spices to create the most authentic Moroccan meal that you have ever tasted. See below a general itinerary of the class: You'll meet Najla by a local pharmacy in the old Medina, where you will go out with her to buy the produce for the class (vegetables, meat ...). Once back in her home, the cooking class will start with a lesson on making traditional Moroccan tea. You'll settle in for tea time and enjoy delicious Moroccan cookies and cakes as you and your host get to know each other. When done, you will start the cooking class! The menu will consist of a starter, a main course and a dessert (all will be of your choice). Najla is also more than happy to help you buy any spices, gifts or jewellery, bringing you to where she would buy them, with local prices!
