It is a route designed to travel through Italy with the love for pasta and its flavors, the history, the unique culture of each region of our beautiful country.

Discovering all the culinary tricks, it is incredible how from a few simple products you can create a unique lunch or dinner, thanks also to all the top quality seasonal products and your hands guided by our Chefs. It is not a demonstration. For vegetarians or intolerants, no problem, the option is included, let us know in the booking notes and we will take care of it. The atmosphere is that of celebration and family, pasta is magical for this.

Depending on the chefs' availability, the class can also be done in Spanish and German.

What You’ll Experience

Upon arrival of our customers at the academy the chefs will take care of them by checking in no later than 4:45 pm, and then welcome them and make them sit in a room of the 1700s making them feel at home Explaining in detail the whole menu, which consists of: fresh egg pasta, ravioli, potato gnocchi, fresh pasta with water, tagliatelle and three sauces that vary according to seasonal products, dessert . Ready, ready and go to knead, cut, bake, stuff, serve like a real Italian Chef preparing in detail a rich meal with your hands in the dough. It's not a demonstration class. Tasting of dishes with good young Tuscan wine and lots of love for what has been created. After the dessert, booklets will be given containing everything you did in class as a souvenir of the experience and to be able to redo them at home. The class has everything included and there are no further expenses. The languages available are English and Italian, you can book in German and Spanish if the chefs are on time for that particular course.

Pasta class was delicious. Fun from start to finish. Learned how to make fresh pasta, had lots of laughs and enjoyed incredible food . Enjoyed some wine too!

The chef Stephano was amazing! A fantastic chef and a marvelous teacher. He instructed us in detail about the foods we used and cutting techniques. He made the class fun!
