Hosted by Patrizia and Lisa, this hands-on class will teach you to prepare three traditional Venetian dishes: Mozzarella in Carrozza, a crispy mozzarella appetizer; Bigoli in Salsa, a savory pasta with anchovy and onion sauce; and Tiramisu, Italy’s beloved dessert with mascarpone and espresso-soaked biscuits.
Each participant has their own station with top-quality ingredients and tools. After cooking, enjoy your meal with a selection of fine Venetian wines.
