This is a hands on class where you will be making traditional Moroccan breakfast breads and cookies from English speaking Moroccan women. It is fun, interesting and tasty! Once the bread is prepared, you will walk through the Holy City of Moulay Idriss to the local woodfired community oven (faraan) to bake your bread and cookies. On returning to Dar Zerhoune, you will prepare breakfast breads of harsha and meloui (msmen). Finally, relax on the terrace, with mountainous views, and enjoy everything you have created.
