- On the rare occasion that we should be required to cancel a tour, we will inform you in advance and offer a different tour date, an alternative tour or provide a full refund.
- Must show passport to prove age, if there are discrepancies guest will be charged THB1200 at the check-in point for children price.
- Children 0-3 years old are free of charge and must be under the supervision of an adult.
- If there is a low or high tide, the cruise may not pass certain landmarks.
