Next, ride toward the Barceloneta Market, where a stop awaits you for a tasting of fresh, local seafood tapas — a delicious glimpse into the Mediterranean soul of the city.


Follow the coast heading inland into the winding alleys of the Gothic Quarter. Your destination: La Boquería, the oldest market in Barcelona. Sample a variety of local jamón in the vibrant heart of the city.


Continue through the Raval neighborhood to the Sant Antoni Market, where more traditional tapas await. Finally, return your bikes and head to Mercat de l’Abaceria for a tasting of Spanish wines and cava — the perfect toast to an unforgettable ride.

The sea! and the markets, I love riding a bicycle :) My favorite was the eggplant tapas, honey, and goat cheese.

Without a doubt, the best part of my trip to Barcelona

I loved getting to know the city by bike. Simón took us to see the sea and we visited three markets in Barcelona. Trying foods and biking occasionally was the perfect balance!!
