I will start with praising Elias, our guide. Rarely have a met a guide who combined such huge knowledge of history, botany, and geopolitics, and all this while chopping and grinding and heating. I would have liked it to be more hands on in terms of actually working with the raw materials. However, our guide was awesome and very knowledgeable! They made it a very fun experience.

Had a great time going through the history of chocolate. Rod was very informative and presented the history in a fun and interactive atmosphere. He was very polite and very professional with all my family members. I will always remember this experience everything I take a bite of chocolate.
