Great experience!
I took my daughter and niece for a girls trip to Natchez. We did the Biscuits and Brunch class. Regina was a great teacher. We all 3 really enjoyed the experience!

You will learn so much from Chef Regina. It is a very personal, informative experience. Classes are limited to eight guests. You get to eat a wonderful brunch with new friends.
You are welcome to bring any alcoholic beverage you like. If you let Regina know what set ups you need, she is happy to provide those. Bottled water and juice is available for all classes.
You will also leave with a special gift from Chef Regina. Her Tea towel with her biscuit recipe printed on it and a biscuit cutter.

Brunch
no alcohol provided but welcome to bring your own
Chef Regina's Biscuit and Brunch class on Saturdays at 10:am is the most popular class. You learn Regina's biscuits, how to oven smoke tomatoes, make a perfect béchamel which is the base for shrimp and grits in a smoked tomato cream. French omelets with Boursin and mushrooms. Everyone eats this wonderful menu together. Bring your champagne for mimosas or vodka for bloody Marys. Just let me know what kind of set ups you need.

An absolute must-do experience!
I was a little nervous booking this at first, wondering if my boyfriend would think, “What did you just drag me to?”—but it turned out to be the highlight of our trip! Chef Regina is fantastic. Not only is the class so much fun and hands-on, but her personality is infectious and she has lived such a fascinating, interesting life. Fun and Worthwhile
One of my best and most fun events ever. Class was informative and results yummy. Regina is a gracious and charming chef who truly loves her food and sharing it with others. She earned the title biscuit queen.

We will be back! So fun!
Regina's Cooking School was an absolute win! We were lucky enough to be in her last class at the current location before they move to a bigger space this September. We will definitely be back! Regina is a fascinating, precious woman. She had the best stories, and her food was incredible. We attended the brunch class and learned how to make several dishes. I don't know if I'll ever truly replicate her famous biscuits, but I'm certainly going to try! She is the perfect hostess and teacher. 🥂✨
