Our winery was born as a family business, stimulated by our love of the countryside and its products. We have always believed that working on smaller scales produces better outcomes and we take great care in applying this to every stage of the winemaking process, from the vineyard to the glass of wine. This in turn is how we reflect our personality in our wines.

In addition to having a wine tasting in our classic car garage, you can enjoy them in our restaurant with a cuisine focused on highlighting the quality of the raw materials, preparing regional and international dishes, with a strong Uruguayan and Spanish influence.

Best wine and lunch I had in Ururguay!
We did the tour and the 3-step lunch, and every single thing was perfect. Our guide was Mateus, and he totally made the day. He was super friendly, incredibly well-spoken, and you could tell he really knows his stuff about the wine and the history of Bouza. The whole tour felt personal and engaging, not just a standard script. Then there was the lunch. Wow. The food was absolutely incredible. The baby beef is to die for, no exaggeration. Great Experience
