100% participatory workshop to recommend.

Very interesting workshop on making Moroccan flatbread with the possibility of using different flours. The class is 100% participatory and Myriam is very professional, smiling, and competent. I also learned how to make msemen and mint tea. We tasted our creations at the end of the workshop with various sweet and savory accompaniments. The location - a riad, is pleasant and easy to find.

It was an amazing...

It was an amazing experience. Mariam is really helpful and made me feel at ease. We made Msemen and Moroccan bread. She also gave us tips on how to make the perfect Moroccan tea. Highly recommend if you’re looking to do something different!

Great lesson - with delicious results!

What a great afternoon, I loved this course and am really hoping go attempt the recipes again at home. Every step was explained and it was easy to follow. Results were delicious and it was lovely having mint tea and breads at the end together.
