Class Schedule:
Tuesdays & Thursdays: Focus on Italian aperitivo, where you’ll prepare a variety of crispy, flavorful bruschette alongside homemade Tuscan aperitivo. ( Duration 2h)
Saturdays & Sundays: Choose between two special lessons – Traditional Tuscan Recipes, featuring a curated selection of local dishes, or Fresh Ravioli Making, where you’ll learn to knead, roll, and shape perfect ravioli ( Duration 1,5 h and 3h )
After the cooking session, sit down to enjoy your handmade dishes with a carefully selected glass of local wine. Visit the Palagina Winery, where you’ll taste Vin Santo, Italy’s beloved dessert wine.
