Step into the heart of Tuscan culinary traditions with this immersive cooking class, designed for food lovers who want to explore authentic Italian flavors. Led by a local Cesarina, you’ll learn how to prepare three types of bruschetta, fresh ravioli, and a selection of traditional Tuscan dishes. .


Class Schedule:

Tuesdays & Thursdays: Focus on Italian aperitivo, where you’ll prepare a variety of crispy, flavorful bruschette alongside homemade Tuscan aperitivo. ( Duration 2h)


Saturdays & Sundays: Choose between two special lessons – Traditional Tuscan Recipes, featuring a curated selection of local dishes, or Fresh Ravioli Making, where you’ll learn to knead, roll, and shape perfect ravioli ( Duration 1,5 h and 3h )


After the cooking session, sit down to enjoy your handmade dishes with a carefully selected glass of local wine. Visit the Palagina Winery, where you’ll taste Vin Santo, Italy’s beloved dessert wine.

What You’ll Experience

Join us for an authentic experience where you’ll learn the timeless art of fresh pasta making, with a special focus on ravioli. Guided by a Cesarina, you’ll master traditional techniques for kneading and rolling dough by hand with a rolling pin, achieving the perfect pasta sheet every time. Once your ravioli are ready, enjoy a tasting of the dishes you’ve prepared, paired with a glass of local wine. The experience concludes with a visit to the Palagina Winery, where you’ll enjoy a guided wine tasting and explore the estate’s wines and local products.
