Learn how to drink beer differently and discover all the secrets of Brussels craft beer.
A unique taste journey between the history of beer, sensory analysis and tasting techniques.
Through a selection of Brussels craft beers, discover:
- how to properly taste a beer
- beer making techniques
- the history of different styles of beers
During this workshop your senses will be solicited, we will taste:
- 1 blind beer (blindfolded)
- 5 Brussels craft beers
- 3 different malts
- 3 different hop infusions
Leave with a tasting sheet and all the key vocabulary of a good zythologist to continue the experience at home.
