Sweet Pete's Candy is decked out for the holiday season. Make candy canes in the most festive place in town. Wonderful and unique picture opportunities along with a unique candy making experience.

Snacks

Each guests will take home the candy canes they make (approx 6 to 8 canes)

We will make candy canes from scratch. Our candy makers will demonstrate the mixing of the ingredients, adding stripes, pulling on a hook. Once the candy cools down enough to touch, participants will shape their candy canes. Approx. six to eight candy canes per participant. Make candy canes from scratch. The process starts with mixing the ingredients in a pot and cooking to high temperatures. The candy maker will form the log, add striped and pull the candy on our candy hook. Once the mixture cools, guests will shape their candy canes. Each guest will make six to 8 canes and can form them into traditional canes or other fun shapes. It is a rare chance to taste a freshly made, warm candy cane.

A great way to spend an afternoon!

Fun little class at Sweet Pete's! We arrived early in case parking was a problem. The shop was still decorated for the holidays and it looked AMAZING! After walking around to check out all the rooms we decided to grab a quick bite to eat before our class. We had the totchos, a fried chicken sandwich, and a cheesesteak sandwich to eat and we tried the sangria and old fashioned for drinks. All the food came out hot and tasted great! Must Do!!

Wonderful & unique experience! The candy store is adorable & has EVERY type of candy imaginable! There’s even a retro candy section w/ all the old school candy. The candy cane making class was fun & educational too. Definitely recommend a visit to Sweet Pete’s!

The class was so fun and educational!! I really enjoyed being able to ships the candy into the shapes I wanted!! I enjoyed attending the class with my daughter. She enjoyed it too!!

My 10 year old daughter and I enjoyed this experience. Not only did we get to make our own candy canes, but the candy shop itself is also worth exploring!
