After this colorful introduction to local produce, it will be time to head to a local restaurant for a unique culinary experience: a demonstration of how paella is cooked. While savoring a refreshing and delicious drink, the chef will begin preparing the utensils and ingredients necessary to make one of the most emblematic and recognized dishes of Spanish gastronomy.
