After this colorful introduction to local produce, it will be time to head to a local restaurant for a unique culinary experience: a demonstration of how paella is cooked. While savoring a refreshing and delicious drink, the chef will begin preparing the utensils and ingredients necessary to make one of the most emblematic and recognized dishes of Spanish gastronomy.
You will have the opportunity to learn, step by step, how to cook an authentic paella, whether with fresh vegetables, meat or seafood. Once the preparation is complete, the most anticipated time will come: taste this exquisite creation, accompanied by the rest of the menu.

Taking a walk from the pier, you will be guided through Cartagena’s old town, where your first stop, at the Mercado de Abastos. This area produces some of the best fruits and vegetables in the country.
