You’ll spend 2–3 relaxed hours in a private family home in Casablanca enjoying a 4-course Moroccan dinner served family-style. The evening typically includes traditional salads, fresh warm bread khobz, a slow-cooked main dish such as tajine, a typical dessert and mint tea atay to finish. During the booking process, you’ll be able to choose your preferred main dish — beef, lamb, chicken, fish, or a vegetarian option — so your dinner reflects your taste while staying true to Moroccan tradition. Casablanca cooking class - Dar Filali restaurant

This was a most enjoyable experience. The restaurant chef and owner took us through the full range of culinary activities - from going to the local market to purchase the food, to putting together the ingredients and spices, to cooking the meal (chicken, beef, and lamb dishes), as well as preparing the salads and plating out the meals.
