Back then Chinese was present in the Philippines before Spanish time and we adopted some Chinese dishes and came up with our Filipino flavor.

Pinakbet ( Mix-Mix Vegetable Dish)
Pinakbet is made with a variety of mixed vegetables flavored with coconut milk & choice of shrimp, pork, or chicken.

Fish In Vinegar Sauce (Inun-Onan,Bisaya)
A notable Visayan version of the fish dish spiced primarily with ginger, as well as onions, shallots, pepper, salt, and sometimes green chilis.
