These memories will last forever! I wish I had more time to spend with Hector and Ricardo, two very special, compassionate men. I highly recommend their classes!
We had a great experience at the Peruvian cooking class in Lima. We learned a lot and prepared several different dishes. The tiradito and ceviche were absolutely delicious — restaurant-quality, in our opinion. We're looking forward to making these dishes at home. Ricardo is a fantastic host and an excellent teacher. If you're looking for a cooking class in Lima, we highly recommend this company. You'll have a great time and learn a lot about Peruvian cuisine.
