Spend a Day with a French Chef Chef PJ, a French chef in Montmartre, and experience Paris through the eyes of someone who actually lives and cooks here. This is not a tasting tour. Your day begins with a French breakfast of pastries and coffee, followed by a walk and a visit to food shops and markets. Then PJ takes you to his restaurant, Le Petit Moulin, where he prepares a proper French feast for you to enjoy. After lunch, we continue with a dessert tour, discovering more of the neighbourhood’s stories. Chef PJ has earned hundreds of five-star reviews from guests during his years working with Secret Food Tours and Eating Europe. Now, through The Chef Tours, he offers the experience his own way: small groups, a real chef, great food, and genuine conversation. The Chef Tours also brings this same chef-led approach to Berlin, Seville, Istanbul, Mexico City and Buenos Aires. But in Paris, it all starts with PJ. Come hungry. A food tour beyond simply tasting food

When this tour was recommended to me, I was told it would be the highlight of my Paris trip, and it was. I learned so much, ate fantastic food, and had a blast. Chef PJ's passion for food, agrifood systems, and community was infectious. Would 100% recommend and would 100% do this tour again.

Food tour which turns into wild ride.

This food your was crazy good. Chef PJs insight into French cooking was fantastic. You tour around Montmarte for which he has a passion and learn details about buying things in a cheese shop, at the butcher and other places. Once at his restaurant it’s a wild ride getting through full course dinner and wine tasting. There’s a breakfast before the shop touring. His colleagues Julie and Fatoo are enjoyable as well. This is a real authentic food experience plus.a ton of fun.

Highlight of our trip to Paris

Chef PJ is an excellent guide! His passion for his neighborhood is enthusiastic, authentic, and palpable. Not only was the tour an amazing way to spend a Saturday full of tasty bites and wine, we learned so much we can take with us in future travels to France. Thank you, Chef PJ for the best day!

Chef PJ was absolutely TERRIFIC!! Incredibly knowledgeable about the area, about the different foods, the different wines - TERRIFIC!! Can’t say it any other way, we had the absolute best time on Chef PJ’s tour!!

Great tour of Montmarte- must do!

P.J. is the king of Montmartre :) He has a passion for his city and for the Montmartre district. He shares great stories and is generous with his time, wine and food. He made sure all his guests were comfortable and well fed. He even got everyone to try the escarot, which turns out to be pretty good when Chef P.J. makes it. Thank you for a wonderful tour! Highly recommend.
