His cuisine is the fusion between the elegance of traditional Italian cuisine and innovation that surprises and delights the palate. Bargiuli is known for his creative and experimental approach, refined techniques and a deep passion for quality, sustainable ingredients. We will talk about: Italian oil, pasta, chocolate and professional cooking techniques that can be achieved at home. Simple, effective dishes, personalized according to tastes and the season. The prepared recipes will be served at the end of the activity. The Chef will provide all the recipes in a practical pantry.
