This 90-minute walking tour takes you through Chengdu’s vibrant breakfast culture with 7+ iconic tastings, hidden alley eats, and a collectible Tasting Card to stamp your culinary conquests. Taste Chengdu’s classics, including sizzling meat-filled guo kui (crispy pancake pocket), sweet jiuba chao liangfen (cool jelly noodles with fermented rice), golden fried tudou (Sichuan-spiced potato bites), candied tang you guozi (caramelized dough balls on skewers), steamed “bao bao” dumplings (pork or veggie fluffy clouds), fluffy dan hong gao (mini egg pancakes – Chengdu’s answer to crêpes), and warm corn bamī (steamed sweet corn cake). Enjoy bonus local drinks like soy milk, tea, and surprises.
