This is more than just a cooking class—it’s a journey into the heart of Spanish culture, tradition, and flavor. What makes this experience truly special is that you’ll be learning a cherished family recipe that has been passed down through generations. These are not just any churros; they are the same ones my grandmother used to make, following the authentic techniques that have stood the test of time.
Unlike mass-produced churros, we’ll make them from scratch, by hand, just like locals have done for years. You’ll mix, shape, and fry them to golden perfection, experiencing the true art of traditional Spanish churros and chocolate.
All of this takes place in my apartment's cozy kitchen, right in the heart of Madrid. Here, surrounded by the energy of the city, you’ll get a taste of authentic Spanish home cooking, far from the tourist traps.
