On this tour you will walk, together with a local guide, through the neighborhood of "La Latina" to discover its history through some of the most authentic taverns still left in Madrid. Our goal is that you have the possibility to play local while tasting local cuisine. For that, we invite you to walk along the streets of this emblematic neighborhood. At the beginning of the tour we will talk a little about the history of Madrid, what the Madrid of the Austrias is and how history influenced local food. Our goal is for them to get to know an authentic Madrid, a local Madrid.

The "La Latina" neighborhood, a traditional neighborhood, today hosts a lot of tourism but if you know how to search you can find the best places. Traditional taverns where you can try the most typical tapas of this city. We will make stops in different places to taste the local cuisine.
