Guests arrive at our venue in Balat, along the Golden Horn, and check in at the reception desk. The experience begins with an immersive short film that tells the story of Istanbul's culinary heritage. During the screening, guests enjoy a carefully curated tasting tray of nine iconic Turkish flavors, discovering the stories and traditions behind each one. After the film, guests are welcome to explore our café and concept store, where they can enjoy traditional refreshments and find artisanal products to take home. The film is screened with subtitles in English, Spanish and Turkish, so the experience is easy to follow for international visitors.
