It is not a standard tasting, but an authentic moment made of stories, flavors and genuine hospitality. The wines tell the story of the territory, the typical Tuscan dishes accompany them and the landscape completes the experience. Between Chianti and Crete Senesi, a few minutes from Siena, the Classic Wine Tasting of San Giorgio a Lapi is dedicated to those who want to discover the most authentic flavors of Tuscany through wine, food and landscape. On the panoramic terrace overlooking the Tuscan hills you will taste three wines of our production – white, rosé and red – selected to tell the different characteristics of the vineyards, soils and territory. Each glass is accompanied by a selection of typical Tuscan specialties designed to enhance its aromas and characteristics. In the shade of the ancient white mulberry, with a view that embraces Chianti and the Crete Senesi, you will live an authentic and relaxed experience immersed in the scents, colors and flavors of the Tuscan countryside. A route designed for those who want to know the area through a tasting of Tuscan wines, typical local products and unique views in the heart of Tuscany.

Wine Tasting.

Highly recommend this relaxing and enjoyable early evening event. Friendly & informative staff, delicious Tuscan wine and small food platters. I had hoped we would see the process of how the wine is produced, however we still enjoyed drinking wine looking ahead onto the Tuscan countryside.

Fine dining and magic

A dinner and tasting at San Giorgio a Lapi had the magical effect of transforming an evening that started with stress (a treasure hunt through Siena to find our car, which had been towed on market day...) into one of those rare moments where everything is perfect. It was nice. We got to see a close vineyard to sienna. We were there for maybe an hour and a half and we walked the Vineyard a bit and we tried some wines.
