Cultural Insight: Discover the history and cultural significance of Cocotea in St. Lucian cuisine. Learn about the local ingredients and traditional methods used in its preparation. Authentic Ingredients: Work with locally sourced ingredients such as cocoa sticks, nutmeg, and bay leaves to create an authentic flavor profile. Take-Home Kit: Each participant will receive a complementary kit to make your own Cocotea at home. The kit includes a cocoa stick, nutmeg, bay leaves, and other essential ingredients, along with a recipe card. Small Group Setting: Enjoy a personalized experience with small class sizes, ensuring individual attention and a cozy, friendly atmosphere.
