Alessandro is a civil lawyer by profession and a contemporary pizza maker by passion. During his free time, you will find Alessandro creating the perfect pizza for his family and friends. He has attended several courses on how to prepare Neapolitan-style pizza and now he would like to introduce this wonderful art to everyone. Join Alessandro in his beautiful home to share a pizza accompanied by a glass of locally brewed beer and a traditional Sicilian entrée. He is excited to share his love for cooking with travelers and teach them his process of creating a contemporary pizza. - Private pizza making class in Catania with a local family - Learn to make your own pizza from scratch using seasonal and local ingredients - Get insight into Italian culture, cuisine and culinary traditions - Learn tips and tricks to cook the perfect contemporary pizza from a local expert - Alessandro can offer a lactose free, vegetarian and vegan meal, on request. In your contemporary pizza making class in Catania, join Alessandro in his home kitchen and to learn make pizza from scratch. Alessandro is a connoisseur of modern-day pizza and in your pizza making class he will teach you to make the perfect contemporary pizza. First prepare the dough, then after rolling out the dough, you can choose your toppings: fresh ingredients that are in season and of the highest quality. Then bake your pizza in the oven and later join Alessandro at the table to share the pizza you cooked accompanied by a glass of excellent locally brewed beer and a traditional Sicilian entrée.
