This is a Peruvian cooking class where you will learn how to cook two delicacies that all Peruvians love: Ceviche and Pisco Sour!


Enjoy a pleasant moment while you learn together with professional chefs the best culinary secrets and techniques!


In addition, you should know that our company mission is to support our nonprofit sister organization, Reciprocity NGO. With the profits from our tours, Reciprocity NGO is able to implement social projects that improve the quality of life for the communities living below the poverty line.

Small pieces of raw fish marinated in fresh aromatic lime juice tender onions, boiled sweet potatoes mixed with or without Andean hot chilis.

From there, you'll transition to the kitchen to prepare authentic Ceviche, focusing on the essential techniques of "cooking" fresh fish in leche de tigre and achieving the ideal harmony of spice and acidity. Designed for those who prefer an energetic, practical environment, this class ensures you spend your time actually cooking and tasting rather than just watching, leaving you with the skills to recreate these national treasures at home.
