Trade the tourist crowds for the rustic charm of San Martino alla Palma in this 4-course cooking class, hosted through Classpop!. Set inside a welcoming countryside home kitchen, this intimate experience offers an authentic introduction to Tuscan country cuisine.


Menu

- First course: Handmade pappardelle pasta with wild boar ragù, simmered in red wine, rosemary and Tuscan spices

- Second course: Bistecca cotta in brace di legna, thick steak grilled directly over hot coals

- Third course: Fagioli al fiasco, creamy beans slow-cooked with sage and garlic in a traditional glass flask

- Dessert: Zuppa inglese, a layered custard dessert with chocolate and sponge soaked in liqueur
