This is a unique local experience with an opportunity to share and interact with a local family based at the highland, almost an hour from Quito where you will learn how to prepare one of the most common soups in the highlands "Locro de papa" accompanied by little empanadas and a main course using local foods and delicious dessert accompanied by a traditional drink called Canelazo, a hot spiced cinnamon rum drink, a perfect cocktail perfect for a winter warm up.
