With our cooking classes you can learn how to cook the tastiest dishes of Tuscan cuisine. The Tuscan cuisine offers a variety of dishes that vary from province to province, and that really highlight the richness and quality of local products that Tuscany produces. The kitchen is primarily culture, conviviality and creativity and it is a way to learn about the traditions of the country wishing to visit. With us you will learn to cook dishes but above learn to know and appreciate the aromas and flavors of this extraordinary marriages ground. With the hope that this experience will remain in your hearts so that you can repeat recipes you learn to your relatives and friends in the warmth of your house. The cooking class takes place in an organic farm, in a place definitely off the beaten track.

If you really want to know the secrets of Tuscan cuisine and discover the real Tuscan soul this is the perfect experience for you! You will be welcomed by a private chef who will teach you how to cook some of the most typical and traditional recipes of Tuscany, and you’ll start your class with a quick historical framework, to help you understand much about the origins of our cuisine and food culture. Our chefs are all locals and they have always cooked for their families, growing up with these flavors and smells; during our courses they will teach you to cook the meals that Tuscans eat at home, using the same fresh and local ingredients. This is a 100% personalized experience, and in case of any allergies or dietary restrictions, we have a vast selection of Tuscan food recipes or Italian vegetarian recipes. Amazing views, food and wind!

Alessandra was so easy to be with - the shopping and ride was easy and fun and the views from Alessandro's home were breathtaking. The cooking was easy and enjoyable. Once we were done preparing the meal- we relaxed and Alessandra took care of the rest. Excellent wine, views and food! We loved it!

Cooking Class in Tuscany

We had our class with Gaia who was amazing! The class was in a beautiful castle set in remote Tuscany with amazing country side views on the way in. When we got there Gaia was so warm and welcoming making it feel like we arrived at a friends kitchen. Together we made fresh pasta that became mushroom ravioli and beef stew, homemade meatballs, and our own tiramisu. The recipes were Gaia’s family recipes and were so easy to make. Best Authentic Tuscany Cooking Experience

We got a full Tuscany cooking experience wi the Danda and we loved every minute! She really took the time to show us around the Florence market to get fresh items for our meal and even encouraged us to sample different items. She then warmly welcomed us into her home where we prepared the most delicious meal-pasta and cheesecake. Danda was detailed in teaching us how to make pasta (and dessert) and very patient.
