It is a cooking class based on some of the main traditional recipes of the island of Ischia and Campania. Guests actively participate and learn to cook seriously, often using ingredients from the garden or the small family farm. And after cooking, they sit at the table and taste their dishes over lunch or dinner. The menu presented here, for example, is the basic one, but can be enriched with any other course on request and with a surcharge, such as the real rabbit all'Ischitana (cooked in a clay pan and with a wood stove), the real Neapolitan pizza (present a real master pizza maker who will work with the guests in the wood oven), fish soup and many other delicacies.
