What You’ll Experience

This experience take you to the heart of our gastronomy: traditional kitchens in guatemalan communities. We will walk from the square to the home of the person in charge of the workshop. Family members will teach you to cook Pepian from scratch. You will be able to make your own tortillas and rice as side dishes. Dessert is also included in the experience. At the end of the class you will taste the dishes with the cook and you will have the opportunity to share impressions and take some pictures. You will be able to get as involved as you want in the elaboration of each dish.
