- Hands on cooking: Traditional Portuguese recipes, from appetizers to desserts, a 3 course meal that embody Portugal's culinary heritage. - Taste a selection of wines from Portugal paired with your dishes, including welcome cocktail and Portuguese liqueurs as Beirão, crafted from herbs and spices. - Chef trained at Le Cordon Bleu Paris: Culinary techniques learning, tips and tricks that you will take back home, and cultural insights, everything under the tuition of our Chef trained at Le Cordon Bleu Paris. A typical class may include: - Course: Folhado de alheira de Mirandela (Mirandela’s alheira puff pastry). - Course: Bacalhau à Brás (shredded codfish with potatoes and eggs) OR Açorda de camarao (traditional prawn portuguese soup). - Dessert: Rabanadas ào vinho do Porto (slices with Port wine jelly). Included in Your Experience: - Recipe cards to take home and recreate the dishes. - Meal and drinks: Relish the fruits of your labor by dining on the meal you've prepared paired with a selection of Portuguese wines.

Best Cooking Experience

Tania and Tomas were wonderful hosts and instructors in Portuguese cuisine and wines. The food we prepared was delicious and easy enough for a novice! It was a delightful way to spend a few hours. I highly recommend this experience.

Great cooking class

Tania, the chef was outstanding! We always search out cooking classes when we travel and this experience did not disappoint. The steps were easy to follow and the food came out great and was delicious. Tomas, Tania's husband was also a great source of knowledge about the wines that accompanied the dishes. A not to be missed experience in Porto!

Our chefs were a husband and wife team. who were wonderful hosts and extremely knowledgeable about Portuguese cuisine. Tanya is a highly trained chef. Each course was delicious and paired with great wines.
