Experience a unique Lombard cooking class in a stunning penthouse with panoramic views of Lake Como and the Alps. This intimate, hands-on class will teach you to prepare classic Northern Italian dishes using traditional flours like polenta, buckwheat, and "fioretto" yellow flour.
Guided by passionate local hosts, you'll create a three-course meal, including: Polenta Balls with Luganega sausage, Buckwheat Flour Ravioli with bresaola, potatoes, and casera cheese, and Pan Meino, a traditional dessert made with "fioretto" flour.
