Experience Details

Hi everyone, I'm Ferdinando born and raised in Agerola, a small agricultural town on the Amalfi Coast. Since I was a child I have always cultivated a passion for cooking, together with my mother we cooked homemade and genuine dishes according to the ancient recipes of our country using ingredients grown in our organic garden.

Fresh pasta filled with local cheeses, tomato sauces and vegetables grown without using pesticides.

I started cooking at the age of 13 and the greatest satisfaction came when guests appreciated what I had cooked and told me they had never eaten so well. I started 10 years ago to convey my creativity, my passion for cooking and all the secrets for preparing tasty and genuine dishes with a cooking course.

I await you all with great joy.

Our cooking class will take you into the heart of Italian gastronomic tradition, where you will learn to prepare three iconic dishes: fresh mozzarella, delicious tiramisu and homemade ravioli. Guided by our expert chefs, you will start with the production of mozzarella, learning the artisanal techniques to obtain a perfect consistency. Next, you will dedicate yourself to creating tagliatelle, with local ingredients, and learn the secrets of flawless pasta. Finally, you will discover how to prepare the classic Italian dessert, tiramisu, with its creamy and tasty layers. After getting your hands dirty, you will relax in our picturesque farm for a tasting of the dishes prepared, accompanied by an excellent wine produced on our farm. This experience will not only enrich your culinary skills, but will also let you experience the true essence of Amalfi cuisine and hospitality.
