During the cooking course, you will have the choice of making a main dish of either tagine, couscous or pastilla and once you’re done, you’ll eat your creations with the rest of your group. Classes are available in a variety of languages, including Arabic, French, English and Spanish. Want to be able to make this dish for friends and family when you get back home? Great experience cooking class

The cooking class was a great experience that I'd definitely recommend to anyone wanting to cook and taste authentic Moroccan cuisine. We walked to the local market stalls and bought fresh fruit and vegetables which we'd use alongside meat already bought by our host. The kitchen and food preparation area we used was very clean and hygienic. We were walked through the preparation of four main Moroccan meals and two side dishes by very knowledgeable local chefs. Thoroughly recommend

Wonderful experience . Staff were extremely knowledgeable, friendly, and worked at a pace that wasn't rushed. Fabulous venue. Food we produced was excellent, tasty and of a good variety. Vegetarians were catered for by adapting recipes.
